You can pre-register without having to pay by credit card but you will lose your pre-registration privileges if you do not show up. You must send an email or call EEVB before 6 pm Thursday if you want to place the entry fee on your credit card. Pre-registration cutoff is 6 pm Thursday night before an event

Times: Saturday check in at 8-8:30 am

Sunday check in at 9-9:30 am

Site: Riis Park in the Gateway National Seashore, Queens, NY

Divisions/Prizes: MO, MAA, MA, MB, WO, WAA, WA all receive EEVB Championship Pool Pts.

Sat: MO, MAA, MA, MB, WO, WAA, WA, WB

Sun: CO, CA, CB & MAA, Juniors

Notes: Divisions with less than 8 teams may be merged with other divisions at tournament director’s discretion

Merged teams will still have playoff for Grand Prix pts.

Prizes awarded to top 4 teams in each division (3 teams in divisions with less than 8 teams

Format: ALL Divisions will be Rally Scoring.

All other divisions: Pool play, followed by single elimination playoffs

Fees: Men’s Open $55/team

$50/team all other divisions

AVPNext Memberships: $20/player; required of all players. Membership covers 1 calendar year from 1/1 to 12/31

Directions: Belt Parkway (also known as Shore Parkway) to exit 11S (Flatbush Ave.) Stay to left over toll bridge, then right at next fork. Follow signs to parking lot. Tournament held in center of park near main concession building (to the far left when you enter the parking lot). Fee charged for parking. (Enter 100 Beach 149th St, Neponsit, NY into MapQuest for a map)

Public Transportation: The park is accessible by NYC Transit bus . Go to http://www.mta.nyc.ny.us/nyct/maps/index.html for bus maps and info, click on the Queens map.
