5 steps to register your team

Determine your team Entry Fee: Then go to Step #4 ALL Entry Fees Must be Paid in Full by Cut Off Date Spaces will be given away for any team not completely registered by Cut Off Date.

  • $50 late fee for any team registration not completed by Cut Off Date. We have instituted this policy because the leagues have grown so large that starting them has become unmanageable if we are still waiting for last minute registrations. With everyone done by Cut Off Date we can have schedules and court assignments up that week and the leagues will start smoothly benefiting all of the teams that registered early. Please help us by finishing your registration on time. Thanks.
  • Cutoff Dates are determined by postmark dates for mailed checks
  • All EEVB leagues are only 1 session for the summer. The fee below covers the whole summer. We will never have 2 seasons/2 fees for one season at any of our leagues.
  • Fees based on roster size of 3 players for 2s, 6 players for 4s, and 10 players for 6s; ADD $20/additional player + AVP America membership for rosters above these #s. Fee includes league play, player t-shirt, championship tournament & prizes
  • ANY 4s, C6 OR R6 TEAM THAT PLAYS 2 OR MORE NIGHTS WILL RECEIVE A $100 DISCOUNT OFF THE 2nd NIGHT ENTRY FEE (does not apply if other discounts are used such as early reg discount). You must request this discount by email. Then deduct the $100 off you final payment check for the 2nd team.
  • Pay fee as described in Step #1 or mail check postmarked by cutoff date to: EEVB, PO Box 49, Hampton Bays NY 11946
  • NOTE: The deposit is part of the whole entry fee. For example, the Long Beach $750 fee can be paid as one deposit check ($100) followed by the balance due check ($650) or as one initial check for the entire fee ($750). Please note cutoff dates after which entry fees will have a late fee added.


Town of N. Hempstead Beach Park:
Tuesday, Wednesday (7 pm start lg) &Thursday: $350 before May 1, 2019; $450 after May 1.

Nickerson Beach: $350 before May 1 ($450 after May 1)
Monday: $350 before May 1, 2019; $450 after May 1.

Long Beach
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday $775 ($750 Pd in Full by May 1.)
Friday $500

Tiana Beach, Hampton Bays
$430 ($400 if paid in full by May 15)
Wednesday $430 (1st 6 teams Pd in Full $250)
Thursday $430 ($250 First 10 teams Pd in Full by May 1)

Tuesday, Wednesday (7 pm start lg) & Thursday (other nights can be added based on demand): $350 before May 1, 2019; $450 after May 1.

Team names: Will be assigned by EEVB.

- Leagues are partially funded by local businesses that lend their name to our program. Any team desiring its own sponsor’s name will be charged $100 in addition to regular team fee.

- Teams can add a moniker to their EEVB supplied team sponsor name. For ex., if you were assigned “The Inn” as a team name you could make it “The Inn Raiders”. All monikers should be short and need to be approved by EEVB.
