How to Register

5 steps to register your team

STEP #1 Pay Deposit to hold spot:

  • To hold your spot:

    • Go to AVP America, select schedule/Leagues
      (Note: If you have log in problems, request a password reset from the page, not tree AVP page. Once you get a new password, log in to first and u[date your password which will then work on AVP and AVP America websites. Sorry for the confusion while the AVP works to merge these 2 sites.)
    • AVP Membership is required for all players, $15/player/year. (New for 2021: AVP membership (which you get at, not is LOWER for league players: $15/player, valid for 365 days from date of purchase. AVP AMERICA has restructured their memberships. If you only play in leagues get the $15 BRONZE membership. If you plan to play any weekend tournaments (doubles or 4-player), you will need the $25 SILVER membership. We plan to hold tournaments for league players at Long Beach in 2022 so you may want to consider getting the Silver membership. Note that memberships cannot be upgraded later. Be sure to get the proper membership that expires after the last day of the league)
    • In the Organization search box select East End Volleyball. Leave other boxes alone.
    • Select the league you want, then select Register
    • Select the division you want then click “Register team and add players later”
    • Pay the deposit to hold your spot until the cut off date. (For lowest fees, mail a check for the balance to avoid online Credit Card Service fees, there is a $25 service fee added for all “balance due” & “Full payments”. The $100 deposit option does not have a service fee).
    • League registration closes when all nets are full. Please put down a deposit right away to hold your spot, then finish the other steps.
    • Your spot is now held and you can finish the remaining 4 items below to finalize the entry. Your summer league spot is held until the cutoff date and you are accepted into the league once the deposit is paid. (Winter leagues have cutoff dates on their respective pages)


  •  OR mail a $100 deposit (or full payment if you prefer) check payable to EEVB to PO Box 49, Hampton Bays, NY 11946. List League Site, Division & Night of play on the check. If you do this also send an email to letting us know the check is in the mail.


  • Any registration not completed by cutoff date (May 15) is not guaranteed and may be given away to teams on the waiting list at that point.
  • Deposits are non-refundable after cutoff date.
  • Please be sure to use the same person as captain and to pay the fee/send in the roster. Using different players for these tasks can cause an error in your registration possibly causing your spot to be lost. We are not responsible for any errors in registration causing a team to not have a space in a league.
  • You can track the progress of your registration on the league standings page for the league you joined. It will show if your team has been accepted, if your roster has been received with the AVP America membership #s and if you are paid in full. When both are blocked off in yellow your registration is complete.
